CrazyLabs Macedonia is opening its Internship Program for Game Ads Monetization Coordinator — your chance to gain hands-on experience optimizing in-game ads, analyzing performance data, and helping maximize revenue across top-tier mobile titles.

If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, curious about AI tools, and eager to learn how to build smart monetization strategies that power successful games — this internship is for you!

What you’ll do

• Learn how to analyze and optimize in-game ad performance across multiple mobile titles
• Monitor key revenue metrics, identifying issues, and proposing improvements
• Get familiar with monetization tools and platforms such as ad networks, mediation systems, and analytics dashboards
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, Game Designers, Analysts, and UA teams to understand how ad monetization fits into the full game development cycle
• Provide feedback on ad placements, user experience impacts, and new ad monetization opportunities
• Learn the industry and best practices for building effective ad strategies in a real-time, data-driven environment
