Quota for International Students

Required Documents
- Application Form (Form A1): Download here
- Original diploma for completed higher education (certified with an apostille stamp, or a stamp from the relevant Ministry of Foreign Affairs for countries that are not members of the Hague Convention)
- Original diploma for completed secondary education (certified with an apostille stamp, or a stamp from the relevant Ministry of Foreign Affairs for countries that are not members of the Hague Convention)
- Original birth certificate
- Original citizenship certificate
- Annual health insurance from your own state
- Three photos (two with dimensions 3.5x4.5 and one with dimensions 2x3)
- Nostrification decision from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia for completed higher education
- Internationally recognized English language certificate or certificate from "Blaze Koneski" Faculty of Philology, UKIM (can be delivered later)
Enrollment Procedure
- Application Submission:
- Submit originals of the required documents to the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (FCSE).
- The submission of documents should be done at the counter in the Student Service - FCSE on the specified dates from 09:00 to 12:00.
- Enrollment must first be done electronically on the new student enrollment system at UKIM.
- Registration:
- Nostrification of previously finished education (document issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia)
- Index, student identification, and application forms provided by the faculty
- Receipt of tuition payment for the semester
- Receipt for the payment of 750 MKD for IKSA (informative, informational, cultural, and sports activities) of the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje

Nostrification Procedure
Required Documents:

- Two copies of the diploma translated by an authorized court translator in the Republic of North Macedonia (one copy notarized)
- Original certificates for each completed year in secondary education
- Two photocopies of each original certificate (one notarized)
- Two copies of each certificate translated by an authorized court translator in the Republic of North Macedonia (one notarized)
- Original birth certificate and two photocopies
- Original citizenship certificate and two photocopies
- Original birth certificate and two photocopies (for persons not born in the Republic of North Macedonia)
- Two copies of the birth certificate translated by an authorized court translator in the Republic of North Macedonia (one notarized)
- Original citizenship certificate and two photocopies (for persons not born in the Republic of North Macedonia)
- Two copies of the citizenship certificate translated by an authorized court translator in the Republic of North Macedonia (one notarized)
