Sample Solutions BV is looking for a focused, enthusiastic and passionate PHP/Laravel developer to integrate new modules to our solid PHP websites within our Laravel based framework, delivering projects with speed and accuracy, on time to agreed deadlines.

General requirements and experience needed:

• 2+ years PHP,OOP and MVC patterns
• Advanced experience with Laravel 5.x
• Intermediate skills with MySQL, working with dozens of models and tables, subqueries, outer joins, analysing query plans, performance tuning
• Familiar with networking patterns: API design & usage, REST + JSON;
• Understanding of front-end technologies and platforms (Vue.js will be concerned as a plus)
• Familiar with linux environment and using command line

Having the following would be an asset:

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT and command line

• Familiar with Networking patterns: API design & usage; REST + JSON

• Agile methodology: Scrum / Kanban

• Expertise in other platforms such as WordPress

• A portfolio with live links to sites that you have developed previously

• Positive thinking, team player, ability to teach others.
